I have a question for everyone: I have a report that uses SmartForm to print documents. The front-end execution is fine and everything is normal. However, when using SM36 to schedule the execution of this report in the backend, the running result is directly in a cancelled state without any error messages. What should I do?
During normal front-end execution, there were no issues, the operation was successful, and the documents could be printed:

There should be a problem with our sm36: the job of all sm36 settings in the development machine cannot run. There is no such problem in production.
