sm_crm url browser unresponsive behavior save

Dear All,

SM_CRM URL for Charm --unable to save and doesnt come nothing if i save CR.

Looks like sm_crm url browser unresponsive behavior when i save.

Please advise is this Brower issue? or need to check any thing on Solman server?

Do you have check the note 2578744 - Problems in Solman ChaRM/ITSM related to CRM UI and/or browser Chrome, Firefox or Edge

Try to:

• Remove parameter AI_CRM_TXTEDIT_HTML from DNO_CUST04
