Hello Experts!
When some of our users work with Fiori , it becomes very slow after a while. After clearing the cache or restarting the computers, the speed improves a bit, but it slows down.
This problem occurs especially in the afternoon and night shifts and using chrome browser.
basis consultant believes that the problem is not on the application server and database side.

Is it possible that the problem is due to the lack of Java update in our user's system?

Request clarification before answering.
I believe java is not relevant here.
you at least should do some basic measurement to see which part is slow.
