Slow message processing sometimes - NAST

Hello guys,

our problem is that message processing is sometimes slow.

Most messages are fast proceeded like 0-1 second.
But then there are messages again and again, slow messages with 10 seconds, 1-2 minute, or more.
For example this is delaying printing for minutes.

Time span between ERUHR and UHRVR (table NAST).
Independent from media (print, mail, idoc), sendoption = 4 (direct sending).

In SQL cache the response time for queries to NAST are only milliseconds.
There is also no bottleneck for workprocesses.

do you have any recommendations where to analyze?

You mentioned a difference between ERUHR and UHRVR, I assume the time difference of those fields does not match the delay in the output you experience? Or does it? It's a bit unclear from how you describe your issue.

Please correct me if I didnt get it... As I can see trigerring message processing by application (completion) is ERUHR ("Date on which status record was created"). Time when messages processing has ended and selected media will be used for output = UHRVR ("Processing time").

Example:

At 14:47:04 the MAIL was created and sent (SOST), but it took 3 minutes...
