SLA configuration for B2B Partner on Outbound and Inbound Messages

Hi Guys,

I have set SLA Outbound and Inbound as 1 minute under TPM Partner and added parameter "enable.ediAckProfile" = True for localejbs/TPMContentAccessModule in AS2 Receiver and EDISeparator channel. I am still not receiving alert using SLA for 997 not received from Partner.

Could you please guide on if any correction or other setup is required? Thanks!

Hi Nitin,

have you set the Acknowledgement Required to required in TPM? You do this on tab EDI Acknowledgements and here on the respective message format tab

Furthermore, as far as I remember you also need to define a message-based alerting rule for your interface

Hi Alex,

I have set Ack required is under ANSIX12 in TPM and also added interface in Alert rule still not getting alerts for 997 not received under 1 minute. Any other insights on what can be missing.
