Situation Handling Safety Stock

Do anyone know if Stock Level is a part of the standard framework in the scope item Situation Handling? I would like notifications when my stock goes below a certain safety stock threshold. It could either be directly from the safety stock in Masterdata, or just set a constraint on a number of available unrestricted stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
