Signavio Process Manager link to URL

Hi,

I would like to link an activity or IT System Artifact in Signavio Process Manager to the URL of the system (e.g. SAP S/4HANA AP or it could even be google.com). So that when I click on that activity or IT System Artifact in the Process collaboration hub, it directly opens the URL.

I could not find a way to do that. Is something like that possible at all?
