Our configuration currently does not auto-populate the “Created date” and “Author” attributes (both listed in our “More Attributes” section), nor are those reportable fields. Is there a way to update our configuration so that those attributes are auto-populated with the information captured in the model events panel? And if so, will we then be able to add those attributes to our Process Manager Explorer view?
Hi Aisya, the attributes are indeed not auto-populated and need manual input. These attributes cannot be displayed in the Explorer overview.
But you may contact the Consulting Team in order to get a custom report (this is a charged item and must be requested from your Sales person), where the manually filled fields will be fetched by the API.
And the 3rd option is, to create similar custom attributes - custom attributes can be shown in the Explorer list when configured. But the values for them, you would also have to set manually.
