Signavio Process Insights: insufficient data collection for certain performance indicators

Hello,

I am using Signavio PA model, connected ECC system via intermediate (sandbox) system to Process Insights. All data collection runs are showing as successful. One of the observations, some of the performance indicators have not collected sufficient data to show accurate results.

e.g. For the performance indicator: Financial documents created (KFFI000106), there are very few data objects collected (in 2 digits) and seems that is not enough to give accurate %automation rate.

Is there a way around this? A way to push historical data from source system via sandbox? or if something is happening wrong during data collection?

In this specific case, we need proper investigation. Therefore, we kindly ask you to open a ticket via SAP for Me (Login with S-User and Password) with as much information as possible, such as license type (RISE, Partner, Full, Discovery), workspace id, which source system with R3 opened, screenshots (if available). A few example of troubled PPIs such as KFFI000106 if more.
