Signavio Licence Management

Hi everyone,

our workspace has grown over the last years and it is getting quite difficult to manage all licenses. I've seen a similar question about a year ago, but I've not seen any improvements yet. We face the following issues:

1. Enterprise Plus licenses need to be reassigned quite frequently. Often users only need it for a specific time. And the licenses are just too expensive to reorder every time. Floating licenses would be of tremendous help.
2. Users are created by SSO. However you cannot build a complex logic. For example if mail address has domain of company X please assign user group "X" and so on.
3. User groups cannot be changed in bulk. Same goes with licenses.
4. Without manual documentation it is easy to lose track who currently has which license. Especially if you work with multiple admins.

Is SAP planning to improve some of the listed issues? Has somebody found other solutions to manage licenses, especially if Enterprise Plus licenses need to be switched regularly?
