Hi. How can I get a report showing the last time users accessed Signavio?

In response to your follow up question, the report needs to be activated because of the reading out of private data of the users. If you would like to request the report, you can contact your Customer Success Manager, or you can create a support case and ask for (Feature Request or API). You may also ask for a consulting session, which is a paid service.
You can create a support case using SAP for Me (log in with S-User ID and password).
You will need to select the specific SAP Signavio product / component as shared in the example below:

Product Area:
SAP Signavio Process Manager > SAP Signavio Process Manager
Component:
BPI (Business Process Intelligence)

BPI-PI (SAP Signavio Process Insights) or
BPI-SIG (SAP Business Transformation Suite by SAP Signavio) – Product & Topic

As you have probably discovered, I do not believe this piece of information is available out-of-the-box. It would be very useful though. Unless someone else has a suggestion, perhaps you can submit a Feature Request with Signavio support to add it? As well, a submission through Customer Influence (other organizations can vote on your idea), may help support and get it implemented.

you can check using collaboration hub user management and also can verify using process manager --> setting --> manager user and access rights. This is the quickest way to verify user and licenses under category
