I have multiple calculations in my story in SAC, each with its own ID. To make the report more readable, I wanted to add descriptions to certain calculations so that viewers can more easily identify the measures. However, I'm accustomed to using the ID names of the calculations. When I add a description, only the description is displayed in the builder menu. Unfortunately, this creates issues, as I cannot find certain calculations anymore since I only remember their ID names.
Is there a way to display the IDs of calculations and measures in the builder menu while still assigning descriptions to certain measures?
To make my issue clearer, here is an example:
I have two measures, and I want a different name to be displayed in the charts. To achieve this, I changed the description of the measures. However, when I update the description, the name in the builder menu also changes, which is problematic.
I hope someone knows a solution to this issue. Otherwise, I even might end up with measures that have the same name
Kind regards
Stefan

I have found a solution for my problem. Under the available Objects you can change the display option to ID or ID and description. This is exactly what i was looking for. I feel kinda dumb not noticing it before however usually i don't use available objects and just add the measures directly.
