What permissions does Concur user need to setup Alerts with Cloud ALM?

We are trying to setup Cloud ALM to monitor Concur. How can I accomplish that?

Thanks for contacting SAP.

Messages send from and to SAP Concur are currently only monitored in the context of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition, SAP S/4HANA or in SAP Master Data Integration not in SAP Concur itself.

Please kindly refer to this guide for the available monitoring content under SAP Concur related messages.

To monitor the messages related to SAP Concur in the related cloud services please perform the monitoring setup for the relevant cloud services.

After the setup you can create alerts specific to SAP Concur related messages in the Integration & Exception Monitoring application:

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Master Data Integration
