Hello Experts,

I have some questions about condition contract.

1. What is the relation between contract header customer and customer mentioned in business volume selection criteria?

2. Business volume selection criteria check total invoice amount for sales rebate which we see at WB2R_BUSVOL in REBV field. I have two questions here.

i) I found in SPRO configuration that its consider all subtotal fields of VBRP & NETWR and one another field. But I am clear on caudation part.

ii) Dose it considers only F2 invoice or all other invoice also such as S1, G2, L2, P5, P8,

3. How can I check invoice no wise REBV in WB2R_BUSVOL?

Thanks,

Arindam

Hi @arindamsur

Here are the answers to your questions regarding Condition Contracts in SAP CCM:

1. Relation between Contract Header Customer and Customer in Business Volume Selection Criteria

  • The Customer at the Contract Header level represents the Rebate Recipient (unless configured otherwise via split logic or Transfer Manager).
  • The Customer in the Business Volume Selection Criteria represents the Sold-To Party from which transactions will be selected for rebate calculation.

2. i) Understanding the calculation of REBV (Rebate Business Volume Field)

  • SAP CCM allows multiple calculation bases for the same contract type.
  • The system determines the rebate base using the subtotal fields configured in the source document’s pricing procedure (e.g., VBRP-NETWR, VBRP-KZWIx).
  • The configuration in SPRO defines which pricing subtotals are used to determine the rebate base amount.

ii) Invoice Types Considered in Business Volume Calculation
  • The Business Volume Table (CDS View) includes multiple Billing Document Types beyond just F2 (Standard Invoice).
  • It considers invoices relevant for rebates based on the logic in the CDS View.
  • To verify which Billing Document Types (e.g., S1, G2, L2, P5, P8) are included, you can analyze the logic within the CDS view used for business volume determination.

3. Viewing Invoice-wise REBV in WB2R_BUSVOL

  • In the Business Volume Report (WB2R_BUSVOL), you can adjust the Output Level Business Volume parameter in the selection screen or result screen to display invoice-level details.
  • This allows you to view REBV amounts at an invoice level and analyze rebate-relevant transactions accordingly.

Let me know if you need further clarification!
