Hi! 

1010171 SSCUI ID is scope (1J2) dependent. Due to missing scope item (1J2) you are not able to see and do the configure for setting up your statutory reporting in the CBC system through 100171 SSCUI ID.

Please refer the KBA 3287422 for more information regarding SSCUI 101071 Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting is missing in CBC.
