Setting the deletion flag for Real Estate Management Offered Objects (refx_oo)

Hello dear SAP Experts,

I hope you can help me with an issue I’m currently facing.

I need to set the deletion flag for a REFX_OO object in order to archive it with ILM. However, unlike other REFX objects, I can’t find a standard menu option in RE80 (e.g., "Edit > Change Status > Archive > Set Deletion Flag"), which I’ve successfully used for other REFX objects.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

1. Verified my authorization rights and roles—these should not be the issue.
2. Investigated potential dependencies between REFX_AO and REFX_OO objects. I’ve already set the deletion flag for the associated REFX_AO object, but this didn’t resolve the issue with REFX_OO.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows of a workaround? Is there a specific configuration or step I might be missing to set the deletion flag for REFX_OO objects?

I’d greatly appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide!

Please check if below indicator is set for object type I5.

The you should have the Deletion indication available.
