service key - define length of clientid and password

Hi,

when we create a service key with user and password for integration suite, then the secretid is about 95 signs log.

Would it be possible for you to limit the user id and password length and format ?

Our software only supports max 64 chars and only alphanumeric chars, so for example the pipe in the user name is not possible

I do not think this is possible. Tough luck. You may have to look at adding the basic auth header or the OAuth 2 authetication mechanism completly out of the app.

Its not possible as of now. Alternate option would be introducing SAP API Management in between where you can control this behavior.
