Service Entry Sheet worklfow

Dear SAP Experts

We are using 'Manage Service Entry Sheets - Lean Services' Fiori App to create Service Entry Sheet we need to trigger workflow once its created

we have tried with 'WS20000383' but its only triggered from backend tcode not from fiori App!

and we are on 1709 release so we don't have 'Manage Workflows for Service Entry Sheets - Lean Services

'app to implement flexible workflow!

when we refer to App documentation we come with unclear points mention there

From where we can Add contact person to approve ?

what they mean (Personnel Number) , and what they mean by old workflow?

Hi,

Agent can be determine multiple way. Please consult with workflow consultant to check it or you have to check from Flexible workflow design level how are the options ( like badi, supervisor etc ) agent implemented.

actually am technical consultant with little workflow experience ,, but my concern how we can use Flex workflow if

'Manage Workflows for Service Entry Sheets - Lean Services' App not in our release (1907)
