Service broker destination-service-broker failed

Hello All,

I developed a UI5 application on top of CAPM service. I did deploy these changes onto Dev and QA and the deployment ran just fine but having issues with the below error on Production. We are using Jenkins pipelines to deploy the changes. I have run the production pipeline several times but facing the same error as below:

Updating service "<app_destination_name>" failed: Service broker error: Service broker destination-service-broker failed with: Failed to update the destination service instance with the user provided configuration.

For your information, I am creating destinations manually on BTP rather than including them on the mta.yaml file. I don't see an issue with destination since the application works on QA as expected. Please suggest some actions that I can take.
