Sent to e-mail configuration options (Job Server)

The access level “View” contains the right to send e-mail via launch pad in the standard configuration of BO. Due to this I think that “send to email” is an option which every user which is using launch pad should be able to use by design (which means it is not an administrator only option).

But if a user is trying to use this option he will get an option window where he is able to set e.g. the sender address although this is already configured in job server in our case.

This allows the user to use every email address as the sender – which makes it possible to send e.g. a mail which is showing the name of another user! That is an absolutely no go. This means every user which is able to use sent to email can send e.g. mails in the name of CEO. The result is that only administrators are allowed to use “sent to mail” in our company at the moment.

Have I missed something or is this an administrator only option in the moment because of missing configruation settings?

Thank you for that Information. Does anyone know which rights are needed to use the sent to option? I know that there are rights connected to the launch pad. This right controls if you can see the entry in launch pad. I have set this right for the user. Furthermore for send to option the right "schedule to Destination" is needed because without you can't see send to in genreal..

But with this rights a non administrative user is getting the message:

The destination plugin required for this action is disabled. If you require this functionality, please contact your system administrator.

This is not true because it is working with my own user. So it seems to be a problem with missing rights but which right is needed to send e-mail?

I have figured that out by my own:

The user who would like to send an e-mail needs the view right to the jobserver
