sending email to multiple person in workflow

when I send email to multiple person, when one of them approve it is getting deleted from other inbox. how to get approval from all the users

This is standard WF functionality - that any one of the agents of a specific task (which is not an email) can access the workitem, and it is removed from the inboxes of others. If this is not how your process should work, then you could create multiple consecutive approval tasks, with each one being assigned to a different set of users.
