Sending Attachment from CPI to ECC via Provider proxy or soap webservice

Hi CPI Expert,

I need to send the invoice data as a attachment to ECC via SOAP webservice.

In PI SOAP receiver channel ,there is a builtin option for sending the attachment.

How to send the attachment from SAP CPI to ECC via SOAP connection.
