Sender email ID is not picking from SU01

Hi Experts,

Issue is this when a mail is being send by SAP its is picking the SMTP server user rather than the mail id maintained in SU01 for the corresponding sender.

->Using GSuite ->mail id is maintained in SU01 ->Scot is working fine ->Tried with SBWP , even there it is picking the sender name from SMTP server

Thanks for your response, However i have checked that linked already and found no inconsistency wrt SO_KEY.
-Checked ^{abap reports} RSADRCK1/RSSOUSCO : everything seems fine.
-Compared all the setting in SCOT with another client(customer where the things are as expected) , all are the same .
- some flag or anything is there which controls the sender e-mail id ..?? probably missing that or some thing else dont know.
