Send Test Mail in Monitor Email Transmission app

I want to send mail from s4hana system.

When I click Send Test Mail button in Monitor Email Transmission app, email status is sent but the emails are not reachable to outlook. Please help me to solve this issue.

Seems that S/4HANA Cloud sent the mail but didn't get any confirmation of delivery.

It is difficult to say without knowing the setup you have already done.

You would need to check also on your outlook side to see if it was rejected/blocked etc.

The setup guide for 1LQ - Output Management has a step-by-step section for setting up Email transmissions (DKIM, etc).

Most of the time, we see this guide solves the customer issues - have you already completed all the setup there?

If you still have the issue after doublechecking all the config steps, you should log a ticket with support.
