Hi Rick Bakker & Pavan :

I have already create the workflow and it is working for one user, for e.g. under Recipient Type when i check user and hard code the SAP user name, that particular user is getting a notification mail.

But my requirement is when i need to send notification mail for more then 1 SAP user.

Hi,

Populate agent in a multiline container element of type char14 and make sure you append US<SY-UNAMW> to each user name and then in the mail step choose expression as agent type and assign this multiline container element.

For this you have to create a task before sending email get all id's in multiline container of type SWHACTOR if it is internal email or poopoulate email ids in a multi line container and pass to next step.

Hi,

Follow the below steps,

I hope you might have already created a workflow, or else cretae a workflow template from PFTC transaction and link the event of Created of the PO respective vusness object.

2. Then in the workflow determine or a BOR method to determine the agents, or create a RULE from PFAC transaction and include this rule in the send mail step

3. Include the body of the content in the send mail step....

Hello,

"I am using step mail."

Does this mean you already have a workflow and you're using the SendMail step? If so, what problem are you encountering?

It's fairly straightforward.

If you don't have a wrkflow then the first thing to do is create a PO on your test system and then check in the event trace (SWEL) which event (if any) is created. use that event to trigger your workflow.

regards

Rick Bakker
