Send email through Sharedmail box Outlook

Hi Team,

There is a requirement to use shared mailboxes to send emails.These mailboxes has two entry point-Primary and secondary address.
Is it possible to use secondary email address to send emails using Outlook?
I have added the account to outlook using secondary email address however send email fails with error "account not found in outlook session"

Yes, In From i am passing the secondary email address. However i get an error "Failed to get account"

Can you elaborate the issue more with screenshot of the activity you are using with property values (put dummy values) and also the error you are getting. I think the issue is more from configuration side for the shared mailbox, once its fixed the issue will be fixed without any code/activity change on you iRPA project.
