Selected Story Filter value to displayed in the Page

Hi All,

We created Story Filter for one of the Dimension, I have a requirement to display the selected values of the filter to be displayed in the story at the Top Right corner dynamically, Could someone please help me on this?

Example: for the below story, i want to display as :

Selected Plant is : Plant 3 and Plant 4.

I need to do it in Classic and Optimized Design experience
