Seeking Recommendations on AMDP vs CDS Views Performance Comparison Resources

Hi soliaman_amiri2,

If you model on an AMDP exactly the same what you have on CDS the performance should match.

The point is that with AMDP (which create a database procedure) you can program, do loops, IF's, dynamic SQL, write ..... and if you are an expert on database can influence the DB to do what you want fast. But this usually come with a high penalty in maintenance as you are hacking the things.

My answer for you is not dependant of performance, but if you can model using CDS go for it.
