Section Expert not appear when right clicking from left side

Hello There,

I am using Crystal Reports 2013 SP 4 (version 14.1.4.1327).

Here is the issue I am having.

- Open a report.

- In Design mode.

- I right click on the detail left menu to bring up Section Expert.

- Nothing comes up.

- Not sure what is the problem but was looking for later service packs but cannot find any.

Please let me know how i can correct this issue.

I already tried re-installing the software but it did not seem to help.

3 years later, I was having the same exact issue. Resolved by deleting the "Business Objects" registry object within HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software. Log off and back on. Issue resolved.

I thought it would work if you right click in the center of the group. It doesn't

Deleting that Business Object from my registry didn't work for me. Any other suggestions anyone?

Hello Abhilash,

No, I do not have dual monitor.

Also I checked and on identical environment the Service Pack 1 works. (version 14.1.1.xxx)

I would like to know if there is a later service pack maybe or possibly some dll that would need to be changed to correct this issue.

Please let me know.
