secondary DB is not connecting on HANA studio 2.0 sps5, but primary & hana system replication is working fine.

i am just trying to connect to the secondary DB on Hana studio 2.0-

You cannot connect to a secondary HANA in an HSR setup with SQL at all (if the configuration is not Active/Active (Read Enabled)). So HANA Studio cannot connect via SQL either.  
If the HSR configuration is Active/Active (https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_HANA_PLATFORM/6b94445c94ae495c83a19646e7c3fd56/fe5fc53706a34048bf4a3a9...) the secondary SQL ports are open for read access only.
Not sure, whether HANA Studio is able to connect via SQL in this case.
