SE16N value unconverted is empty.

I have added a new field LENUM to the structure ZSTRUC.
and this structure ZSTRUC is added to the table ZTABLE.

but after insert operation, unconverted value is shown as empty, sometimes even converted is empty.
It is very random, while on double click it's empty sometimes.

What could be the reason, I have already adjusted in SE14

It's the magic of the Conversion Exit defined in the DDIC Domain...

Did you insert correct data in the database table, did you respect the expected internal format

• Use of CONVERSION_EXIT_LENUM_INPUT was required to format an external format to internal format in your case
• e.g.  your '590311008' with trailing space would have raised a WRONG_LENGTH error (when a '0590311008' would have been converted to '00000000000590311008')
• You could also have checked validity of data in table LEIN

Such information is described in domain of the DDIC field (conversion-exit and value table)

There are also some implicit conversions in Abap.

You should create some correction program to identify and correct invalid values ?

Check also for local Customizing in your system 

• Transaction  OMNN
• If option '3' activated look at exits EXIT_SAPLLVSK_001 / 002 of enhancement MWMK0001
