Hi all,
We aim to add HANA Cloud instance on CF as remote source to HANA Service instance on Neo. And it worked well two months ago with my VDI(due to expiration I had to destroy it and created another one). So now I'm trying to make it production but getting an errors:
From Web-based Development Workbench
(Catalog) Error reading Remote Object: InternalError: dberror(CallableStatement.execute): 403 - internal error: Cannot get remote source objects: Agent dpagent_mo-tf-pphanaprovisioning-0 is not reachable. Attempts to restore agent connectivity are done every 300 seconds.
From Agent framework_alert.trc file
2024-01-05 09:37:56,117 [ERROR] DPFramework | HttpConnector.write [] - Failed to send message to server. Message [834:93:ERROR_MSG:SDA:40405:dpagent_ACSWDF015328:::1704443876087:0:0:PING_AGENT:HttpHeaders :{agentRequest=post, Content-Type=application/octet-stream}].
So agents are added normally and I could add remote source with HanaAdapter. And that is all.Next errors. I have no idea what to do next. I tried with different machines (Windows server 2022, Linux, Windows 10) created on Converge Cloud and of course with my current VDI station. Also added SSL certs downloaded from browser to the keystore for both HANA.
Please help.
Thanks you.

can you check if your DP Agent Status is running or stopped. Below blog, there is a screenshot which can provide you direction to go to DP Agent Status which is 1

If your version is very old.. you can upgrade to the latest version, and as you confirmed, Agent is running.. looks good and can you recreate a remote source in your WebIDE?
Below blog can provide you with directions but below blog is written for another use case..

Recreation didn't help. I use the latest version 2.7.2 downloaded from here.
I used similar blog here which described exact my case and as I mentioned it worked well in the past.
It doesn’t seem like the issue is with Agent, since Hana on Neo sees Agent and allows to create a remote resource. I can also see in the agent log that Agent is trying to send a request to Hana Cloud and is receiving nothing. I thought that the issue was with hosts, but now access is allowed from any hosts. It is obvious that communication between Agent and Hana Cloud has been disrupted.
