SD-Billing: In transacition v/25 the field "Procedure for item output" is greyed out for billing typ

Hello,

I need a new output on invoice item level.

I created a new procedure and assigned the procedure to the billing type.
But in transaction V/25 the field for the item procedure is empty and is greyed out. 
Additionally I have no Menu Point in VF01/VF02 to go to item output like I have in the order processing.

Is it not possible to have item output determination and processing on invoice item level?
Or is something not correctly setup in the system?

With the standard configuration, it is not possible to achieve this requirement.  Check SAP note 432049 and implement the required logic in the user exit USEREXIT_KOMPBV3_FILL recommended in this SAP note and also take care of another SAP note 7563 which is mentioned in the same SAP note
