SCU3 logs are showing TR number in upper landscapes when moving through TR

Hi Team,

We enabled scu3 change logging for couple of tables in SAP S/4 HANA system, we are facing an issue where when moving couple of changes from dev to test we see the changes logged in test system but in username field we see the TR number instead of users name. Can anyone help if there is a way to get this fixed?

We already got STMS parameters R3TRANSOPTIONS & RECCLIENT enabled in the system.

I'm not sure to understand "username field". Could you post a screenshot please?

Also, are you saying that you want the SCU3 logging to log the transports of customizing? I thought that SCU3 is to see only the changes done by classic transactions (implying ABAP Open SQL insert/modify/update/delete statements), only in the system where they are executed.
