Screen Personas - how to print direct to local printer

We use a lot of screen personas for Employee Central Payroll, but we are having a hard time finding out how anybody can do a Hard Copy print direct from the persona. This was simple to do in SAP GUI, but we can't get the functionality to work.

Has anybody done this? Does SAP support this? We have customers who do not access SAP Gui, and not being able to do a Hard Copy is something that bothers them.

Yeap .. have similar challenge in SD output when using Slipstream. I have to get around via approach Cristiano spell out in the note. More precisely, I first have to enable the SAPGUI HTML printing (See SAP Note 2159422 Front-end printing for SAP GUI for HTML with ABAP Push Channel); which allows the output to be shown as PDF. Which user could then save\print via their local windows printer.
