Hi pnagar,

In SAPconnect General node data, there is supported address type for internet.
There please check "Address Area" - to which all address (domains) the mails can be sent.
Please make sure you have maintained it correctly.

For e.g.
“*” means emails can go to any E-Mail Addresses, while *yahoo.com means the mails can go to only to users in the yahoo.com domain.

I hope it helps.

Regards
Deepak
