Schema in Document Information Extraction for Create Sales Order - Automatic Extraction (4X9)

I have set up scope item 4X9 Create Sales Orders - Automatic Extraction in my S/4HANA 2023 Private Cloud environment. When uploading the purchase order PDF, there are corrections I would like to make that I have actioned in the Document Information Extraction application on BTP. I have corrected the fields, associated the document with the template, and assigned the template to schema SAP_purchaseOrder_schema.

When I upload the PDF in the Document Information Extraction UI, I can select this schema and the template is applied correctly. 

However, when using the UI in S/4HANA, in this case the "Create Sales Order - Automatic Extraction" fiori app, the document shows up in Document Information Extraction UI but it shows the message

"Schema associated with this document has been deleted."

Is this expected behaviour? Is it possible to associate this app "Create Sales Order - Automatic Extraction" (Scope item 4X9) with a particular schema for Purchase Orders? Or perhaps change the association in Document Information Extraction to use the schema SAP_purchaseOrder_schema when the inbound document is a Purchase Order, which is correctly identified in the header.

The plan I have selected in BTP for Document Information Extraction is the basic plan, not the premium plan.

Any guidance is much appreciated.
