Schedule a service that triggers the flow between from the Input of Start and End Time

Hi,

I have a scenario in which the flow needs to be scheduled every 10 minutes with an input value of LastRunDateTime. This LastRunDateTime should be an input so that the queries inside the flow will execute between the dates (StartDateTime and LastRunDateTime), where the StartDateTime will be CurrentDateTime obtained within the flow.

How to get this done in SAP BTP? I am pretty new to this product hence trying to get suggestions.
