scenario could not be started

Hi Team,

I am facing issue not able to run any scenario it is showing scenario could not be started in the debugger.

I have checked my agent status is ready state

Could anyone plz help me out.

Please can anyone help me soon ASAP i m facing since 1day i have already followed few comments bt not working for me.

Hello,

It might be a connection problem with the Factory. Make sure the URL in your desktop agent is correct and check in the monitoring section of the Factory if your agent is visible there. If it is not, restart the desktop agent. If you still having issues, review these steps.
