Please check relevant KBA 2571763 - Authorization problem in SAP Cloud Connector when adding Cloud Foundry subaccount

  • The password from the SAP Universal ID is managed in a different URL (https://account.sap.com for SAP Universal ID) than the one mentioned above and this SAP Universal ID password does not work.
  • The same password must be used as which is used to access https://accounts.sap.com (in other words, the password of the specific S-User ID related to the email address).

If you do not remember them or mix them, please kindly use below steps to reset them then clean the cache and cookies to login again:

  • Reset password of S-user 

Go to Forgot My Password

Tip: Although you could enter email address, it is recommended to enter the S-User ID, especially if you have more than one S-User ID linked by email address.
