SBOP BI 4.2 SP05 Patch 700 Installation aborts

Hi Experts,

I am trying to install the current SBOP BI 4.2 SP05 Patch 700 (basis installation: SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.2 SP05 SERVER WINDOWS 64B). The Installation process runs until the step, where the cms trys to restart and hangs than up (progess ca. 95%). I guess, this causes in an unstartable Service Intelligence Agent (SIA). SIA is depentend on SQLanywhere-service, but this service exists no more (after patch installation the sqlanywhere-service is marked as "deleted" and through a server reboot the service will be removed). But why the SQLanywhere service will be deleted? BI4_Audit- and BI4_CMS-database are still required. What I do wrong? There are prerequisites, that I should pay attention for?

denis.konovalov : Many thanks for your help, but that KBA didn't solve my problem. The KBA 2428625 helps me. In short: During the installation process I had to reinstall the SQLanywhere-Service manually.

If not - open incident with SAP support as this has to be a bug.
