Saved Global bookmarks not visible to other users

Hi All,

The global bookmark created by a user, is not visible to other users in application. Can anyone please help me with this issue.

Good morning everyone. I am experiencing a problem with bookmarks in SAC-optimized stories. Users create private bookmarks, save them and then share them with other users. When I as administrator modify a table, simply by adding a time filter, users don't see the changes, but they still see the old data in the saved bookmarks. I have done various checks and it seems that the problem is the role. I have created a custom role from the standard BI_Viewer role by activating all the flags on the bookmarks. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem? Marsida

SAC introduced privileges for global bookmark and personal bookmark with QRC2/2023 Release. Please make sure to grant the corresponding bookmark privileges to the custom roles you defined in your company.

Hi Nikhil,

Thank you for the reply, I checked in security roles all the privileges has been checked. Is there anything else we can check.

I found the below note but it also talks about the same privileges. I would suggest you open an incident with SAP.
