Save CR4E report data after refresh

Dear All,

i have crystal report published on BOBJ 4.2 server and designed in CR4E, how can i allow user to save data in the published report after refresh? the report shows the data i saved in designer!! and when user refreshes it doesn't save!!

Hi Ahmed,

You can save data with the report only when you run it from the CR Designer and publish to the repository.

You should ask users to 'schedule' it in .rpt format if they need a report version with data.

is there any tool in CMC to schedule refresh for CR, like Calendar?!
