sapgui 800 Patch 6 - error 12007 despite xml file is accessible

hi all,

we have rolled out SAPGUI 800 PL 6 and getting reports from some users that when they start the SAPGUI app, they will get an error stating that the centrally placed xml config file cannot be read, despite there is no issue with reaching the xml file from the affected user machine. In most cases, when confirming the error message with "OK" , all is working as expected and systems are shown in the system overview section.

Does anyone else have a similar issue and an idea on how to get this resolved? During the testing this issue was not captured,  and I cannot find anything related to that in any SAPnotes (in regards to error 12007 and sapgui 800).

Any help is highly appreciated.
