We are in a situation with our SAP HANA update 1909. We are stuck with upgrade and there is no forward path due to the fact we are using SAP WS&O BY CLICKSOFTWARE 2.3 patch 14 which is not compatible with 2023 S4HANA and the product is no more supported by SAP. The patch 15 of SAP WS&O BY CLICKSOFTWARE 2.3 is compatible with SAP HANA 2023 but there is no way we can get the patch for this product. SAP or SalesForce both do not have the patch 15 and we are literally stuck. We are not able to uninstall this product and CLICK is heavily used by us and we have 2500 field user using it. We understood we need to look into other product like SAP FSM but for us to move forward with S4 HANA 2023 update we need patch 15 of SAP WS&O BY CLICKSOFTWARE 2.3.
Does anyone has patch 15 of this product SAP WS&O BY CLICKSOFTWARE 2.3 and if you can find or know someone who can give use the patch 15.
This is urgent and need help.
