Hi,
We are setting up Task center with Workzone standard edition for a POC. We've executed the dedicated booster, set up the destination for the S4HANA, private cloud backend, and enabled it for Task center.
However, we are getting the following error in the Task center admin. Also there's an error in the service status tab: Error is: Path not found in JSON: /certificates | Error Code 500.
Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: http://xxxxxxx:43300/sap/opu/odata4/sap/api_task_spi_replication/default/sap/api_task_spi_replicatio...
Why does it say unauthorized? The backend user configured in the runtime destination has SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW and the destination is up and reachable. I've also verified that the OData service is active and can be queried outside Workzone with the same user as in the destination.
What could be the issue?

Saurabh

Hello.
I had the same problem, below the resolution.
On investigation using report SEC_TRACE_ANALYZER , it was concluded that even though the destination
was configured with Basic Authentication, the principal propagation flow was getting triggered on S/4HANA
using the system certificate from Cloud Connector, resulting in a failing authentication on S/4HANA.
Unchecking option System Certificate for Logon solved the issue. We recommend that you keep this option
deactivated, as this lets you use principal propagation and basic authentication over the same access control
entry, regardless of the logon order settings in the target system.
Hope this helps.
