SAP workflow - dynamic agent assign. via role - direction needed

Hi,

I’m looking for advice on assigning agent(s) to a workflow task based on the roles assigned to users. The challenge is that the role needs to be dynamic, depending on the order type relevant to the workflow. While I can enter a single role in a task, it seems I cannot use a variable from the container.

Eventually, we might need to implement this using a rule and function module, but I’m wondering if there’s a simpler solution. Any ideas?

actually the best way is to use a rule and in the Standard Task u chose a FM and there u can write ur code where u search for the User u need. the other ways i know are much longer.
