SAP WEBIDE Full Stack error -

I am getting same error "HTTP Status 503 - No application is available to handle this request" please assist. I missed to migrate my projects to new version and unable to use full stack now. Web IDE full stack seems Enabled but still getting 503 error. Can you please help on this?
