Hello everyone ,
We are facing an issue in VIM, the user is unable to execute the DOC ID, because it doesn't appear on it's inbox it appears on the user's completed elements.
Also when checking the workitem, it has the status STARTED.
Could you please guide us on how can we direct the DOC ID to the user's inbox instead of it's completed?
