SAP Unable to Preview and Save as PDF

Hi Expert

need help to resolved this issue on user account

note: we created user on Windows Server and user is connecting via RDP on server.

Other user account has no issue on pdf preview only this particular user

when we try to preview the PDF on SAP Client and it show this the below error

"Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\user5\AppData\Local\Temp\24\B1CRPROXY_CONNSTR_0000E334_0.tmp'."

Have you checked the network/folder rights of this user? The whole path should be accessible, and read/write permissions must be granted.
